On March 19, 2024 over 400 people will attend a Silent Auction at Andasol Avenue Elementary School. Our school is a small community school in the LAUSD that includes a School for Advanced Studies program for gifted students and a highly regarded special education Autism Program. This annual event helps raise funds for the Andasol Avenue Elementary PTA.

The purpose of the Andasol PTA is to promote activities that enhance the joy and well-being of our school’s students and staff in a way that complements and enriches their learning environment. We also work to build community within the school, and enhance the relationship among the school, parents, and the wider community.

Some of the responsibilities of the Andasol PTA are to recruit and coordinate volunteers for classroom and school-wide activities, organize parent education events, and plan teacher appreciation activities. The PTA provides funding to support curricular and enrichment programs, including field trips and assemblies to enhance the educational experience for our K-5 students.

The PTA must work diligently to raise funds in order to continue offering these wonderful and much needed programs and activities.

Our silent auction is an important event to help raise those greatly needed funds. Will you support our children’s education with a contribution to our fundraiser?
