On behalf of the Indianapolis Youth Orchestra (IYO), we are reaching out to invite you to participate as an auction item donor for our upcoming Finale Concert.  This event will serve as a vital fundraising opportunity, with all proceeds directed towards providing tuition scholarships for talented young musicians in our orchestra who demonstrate financial need.
 
The silent auction is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 12, 2024, providing patrons with ample opportunities to peruse items before, during intermissions, and after the concert.  Your generous donation will play a significant role in directly supporting these deserving individuals as they pursue their musical aspirations.
 
Your contribution, whether it be a single item or a basket of items, will not only contribute to the success of our event but will also have a lasting impact on the lives of these talented students.  We kindly request that you include any marketing collateral, brochures, or pertinent details about the donated item(s) to ensure an accurate description for potential bidders.
