I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of Oakwood Terrace Elementary PTA, I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for your considered support of our mission to enhance the educational experience of our students.

As we continue to strive for excellence in our educational programs, we rely on the generosity of members like you to help us meet our goals. Oakwood Terrace has approximately 800 students in pre-k to 6th grade and over 75% of our school population lives at or below poverty.
At this time, we are seeking in-kind donations to support our first ever school raffle to be held in November. The money raised will go directly to the OTE students and staff and will allow PTA to offset many costs to the school such as field trips, school supplies, and assemblies.
In recognition of your generous contribution, we would be delighted to acknowledge your support in a social media posts as well as on our PTA website (OTEOwlsPTA.com).
