My name is Denise Moore, and I am with the North Fayette Elementary PTO in Fayetteville, Georgia. We are a Title I school that receives federal funding to support students from low-income families. The goal of Title I schools is to improve academic achievement and ensure that all students meet state academic standards.

I’m reaching out to invite you to participate in a silent auction we are hosting on December 12, 2024, in conjunction with our Christmas Chorus Concert and PTO General Body Meeting. We are excited about this event, which will bring together our school community and raise funds for a great cause.

The PTO would like to offer you an opportunity to contribute to our silent auction. All proceeds will go directly to support our Art and Music Departments, benefiting our students’ creative and educational experiences. We welcome donations of any kind—whether a small gift certificate, a gift basket, or something else you think would be appropriate.

Additionally, we offer sponsorship opportunities with North Fayette Elementary. If you’re interested in learning more about these sponsorship options, I’d be happy to discuss them with you.

We ask that any donation be ready by Monday, December 9th. If delivery is not an option, we can arrange for a convenient pick-up.
