2024 Evening Event & Silent Auction
On behalf of Webster Elementary, we are reaching out to request a donation for our upcoming silent auction event. The auction will be held online April 29th
through May 3rd and is a key fundraiser for our school, supporting various educational programs and activities for our students, including in-class instructional aides, art and technology programs, STEAM lab, field trips, outdoor educational trips, and other enrichment events.
We hope you will consider donating a product or service to our auction this year. Your contribution will not only help raise funds for our school but also provide valuable exposure for your business or organization within our school community. All auction items will be available to Webster Elementary families,
staff, and the community at large. Bidding will be promoted through our newsletter, website, and social media channels.
If you are able to make a donation, please let us know by April 19th. We are happy to arrange for pick-up or drop-off of the donated item and provide any
necessary documentation for tax purposes.
