The Mendota Elementary PTA is hosting our annual Silent Auction fundraiser on Friday, April 22, 2022. It is our school’s largest fundraiser, organized by volunteers from the Mendota Elementary PTA. The silent auction is widely attended by parents, guardians, staff, and friends of the community.  It is a wonderful event where the school comes together to support our young learners!

As a valued business, we are writing to ask for your support in providing donations to be used in our silent auction.  100% of all proceeds from this event are directly applied toward educational resources and our school community.   Our focus is ensure equal access and educational opportunities for all our students.  Funds raised from the silent auction will be directed towards scholarships to our after school enrichment programs, to ensure classroom equipment and schools supplies are available to all students in every classroom and support school wide programs focused on Inclusion, Kindness and STEM.

Experiences, Gift Certificates, Merchandise, or cash donations (payable to Mendota PTA) are all equally and gratefully appreciated.  This event helps Mendota Elementary maintain an equal level of excellence  for all students as our District continues to grow.

Your donation is tax deductible (Tax ID 41-1742832).  Further, your company or organization will be promoted through our on-line bidding tools, viewed by 300+ participants!

We greatly appreciate your consideration in supporting our school!  Donations may be mailed to the address provided below.  Please provide value of donated item.  Alternatively, we would be happy to pick up your donation at a time convenient to you.  All donations must be received by Friday, April 1st 2022.
