At Summit View Elementary School, we believe that integrating the arts, creativity and design into learning gives our students the highest quality educational experience. As a public school, we face many financial challenges but with the support of national and local businesses like yourself, our PTO can help fund student field trips, ever changing technology needs, educational tools, and many other programs that make our school so special.
We are hosting a family-friendly fundraising event which includes a silent auction and Holiday Folk Fair with raffle baskets. The funds raised at this event will go to fund the purchase of new tables and chairs for the classrooms. Much of the existing classroom furniture is worn and needs repairs. New furniture will allow teachers to arrange desks in various ways to optimize learning. Chairs with a variety of features such as rocker bottoms, adjustable height, and motion features help promote inclusion of all students and address needs as outlined in student Individualized Education Programs. All businesses that donate will be publicly acknowledged at the event in a list of sponsors.
