Fall Festival & Silent Auction

Dear Business Owner,
The students and Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Mountain View Elementary School would greatly appreciate your participation in our 2019 On-line Auction on October 18th 2019. We are actively seeking donations from our local businesses to auction off at our event which will take place during our school's annual Fall Festival.
The Mountain View Fall Festival brings together our local community for an evening of games, music, food, and an on-line silent auction. We anticipate over 1,500 guests to attend the festival. We are writing to invite your business to take part in this event.
We are actively seeking sporting event tickets, family experiences, family vacation packages, special event tickets, gift baskets, electronics or services. In addition to receiving excellent community exposure and visibility in our affluent, family-oriented, and expanding community, your business will also receive the following benefits:
Your company name/logo will be prominently displayed on our on-line auction webpage and will be hyperlinked to your company website.
A description and photograph of your donation will also be displayed for all the registered bidders to see.
Your company name/logo will be included on signage throughout the event
Your company name/logo will be recognized in the PTA newsletter Paw Prints.
Your company name/ logo will be placed on the PTA/Foundation website and Facebook page.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the many important programs and services provided for our students, teachers, and families by the Mountain View Elementary PTA. This year, the PTA will provide online math and reading tutorial programs, host family engagement events, sponsor community outreach programs, support STEM and Health and Wellness activities, fund Technology and STEM supplies, supply enrichment tools for special education, speech and gifted programs, as well as provide curriculum support for general education and the fine arts.
