Description

This year marks our 10th annual Silver, Gold, and Basket Night Fundraiser benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Each year’s event grows bigger and gets better; and last year was one for the record books! We donated $12,000 to St. Jude, making our 9-year net total $84,154. We’ve been successful due to the support of our generous participants, vendors, sponsors, and attendees.

This year’s 2020 fundraiser had to be postponed due to the pandemic and will be now held on Friday, April 16, 2021 again at Leonard’s Palazzo. Our event is a unique way to raise urgently-needed funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing and food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

In order to reach our goal, we are seeking partnerships with businesses and organizations to sponsor our event. This will allow you to market your business to potential new customers, build good will with current customers and is tax deductible. There are several sponsorship opportunities available, and we hope we can count on your organization to join us. In support of this, we have set a goal of $40,000 for this year’s event. Thank you in advance for your commitment to helping us meet this goal and for making a significant difference in the lives of families and children in need. Monetary sponsorships and in-kind donations are available for your business.

The event will feature OVER 250 baskets in four different tier levels, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, Royalty Package, Spin the Wheel, Silent Auction and each attendee goes home with a swag bag full of goodies. We will be having over 275 attendees from all over the Tri-State area. We are looking to see if you would be willing to donate items to our raffles or our giveaway bags. 

Your donation would be advertised in our event program and social media outlets. We would also acknowledge you through your logo, on our event website and signage. Thank you for your consideration and we hope we can count on your support with a donation.
