Description

The SimGHOSTS 2022 USA Conference is a in-person and virtual conference to bring together healthcare simulation professionals for training and networking. Our participants work in universities, hospitals and military training settings to train our frontline health workers, first responders, emergency services and defense force professionals. These are the people who create realistic training environments for healthcare providers so that they can improve the quality and safety of healthcare delivery around the world.

Our in-person attendees will be given a conference bag upon registration. In addition, we will be shipping workshop materials, snacks, and promotional items to our virtual event attendees wherever they are in the world. This enhances their conference experience, and provides the next best thing to the hands-on training that they would get at our physical conference. We are looking for donations of physical or digital products that can be included in these packages, or for single item donations that can be used for volunteer acknowledgement and prize awards. Our audience are tech-savvy and early adopters, they can confidently use almost any technology and are also highly creative, often having to make props, special effects and synthetic body parts.

Physical items can be shipped to Winston-Salem, NC for distribution to event participants.
