Description

Single Parent Advocate is a non-profit organization committed to educating, equipping, and empowering single parents with resources, practical assistance, emotional encouragement, and social networking to better their lives and those of their children. We are a nonprofit that reaches out to help single parents, their children, and their support organizations. It is our commitment to continue our advocacy, our training with families, consumers, and professionals, and our efforts to organize and support these families.

This year, Scott Murray will be returning as our Celebrity Emcee, and we are partnering with the Scott Murray Scholarship Foundation to provide two (2) educational scholarships to a single parent and/or single parent child who is actively pursing their college education.

All funds raised in this tournament benefit Single Parent Advocte and will go toward supporting families in North Texas.  A portion of the proceeds will be used to provide educational scholarships to be awarded through the Scott Murray Scholarship Foundation for the benefit of a single parent and/or single parent child who is actively pursuing their college education and who meets the requirements of the scholarship.

In keeping with our tradition, we will be including celebrities from area teams and also public figures willing to lean in to help the 1 in 3 children in North Texas being raised by a single mom or dad.
