A true local gem, Salut was started by owner Deb Carlson to bring her love of wine and community to Littleton. While on trips to France, she fell in love with the warm and laid-back atmosphere of the wine bars she would visit, and she has replicated that here at Salut, taking her love of community one step further by using her special business to benefit organizations like House Rabbit Network. Come join us at this unique and cozy location, where you can try a new wine, treat yourself to a bunny-themed mixed drink, sample some snacks, and share an evening with your fellow bunny lovers. Salut will be generously donating 10% of the proceeds from the evening to HRN.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be available and light snacks will be provided by HRN, but we encourage you to patronize one of the many restaurants within walking distance of Salut either before or after the event for dinner.
