Housing Choice Partners (HCP) is celebrating its first in-person fundraiser at Montauk Sofa, 1229 W Lake St, Chicago. Our mission is to help families break the cycle of poverty by promoting racial and economic diversity in housing. We are a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization empowering low-income families to know their full range of housing choices and discover new communities, providing the resources and support to assist their move from high-poverty, segregated neighborhoods to areas of opportunity throughout the Chicagoland region.  These moves, called “housing mobility” mean safer, healthier environments, access to greater job opportunities, well-performing schools, and a brighter future for our participants and their children.
