I am writing on behalf of the Sleepy Hollow Elementary School Parent Teacher Council (PTC). The PTC looks to enrich our students’ elementary school education with extra-curricular events, while supporting our teachers throughout the year. With that, we are seeking your help with this year’s Annual Fun Fair.
We are seeking your help for donations to our silent auction and raffle portion of our school Fun Fair. This will raise a majority of our needed funds for various events held at school such as: One Book One School, Art Expos, Cultural Arts Assemblies, classroom materials and celebrations, teacher appreciation week, and so much more. Due to current Covid-19 protocols within our district, fundraising has become a little more difficult, thus we are trying to make this event bigger and better than ever with support from businesses just like yours!
This event is taking place in March of 2022. We are hoping you will agree to provide a donation of a gift card or other items appropriate for elementary-aged children and their families. Your donation reflects the loyalty and dedication your company has for our Community, students, and school.
The Sleepy Hollow Elementary School PTC is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, making you contribution tax-deductible. Our Employee Identification Number/Tax ID, for 501(c)(3) purposes, is 36-4056720.
