Our team is committed to bridging the gap of care to enhance individuals' independence, maximize their capabilities, and provide meaningful community inclusion by assisting and supporting their choices with regard to housing, socialization, learning, employment opportunities and recreational activities.

We are working hard to raise funds for contiunted growth in our Innovation Center for our individuals.

What is an innovation center?

Think of a place that is welcoming to individuals of all abilities. We have a curriculum for individuals who are utilizing self directed funds to tap into, a place to host workshops and ongoing academics, a central location we can call "home" that will elevate the experiences of all our individuals.
