Our primary objective as a PTA is to provide our school with funds, programs, resources and services that will enrich and maximize the educational experience of every child. The PTA expands teachers’ resources so that our students continue to receive the outstanding education that they need and deserve. With the funds raised last year, we are able to provide transportation for field trips, purchase new recess equipment, provide educational assemblies, author visits, one book-one school reading program and so much more!

To continue meeting our goals, we must fundraise. This is where you can come in! Our most anticipated fundraiser of the year, Smith Night Out, is taking place at Seasons Catering in Twp. of Washington, NJ on Thursday, March 16, 2023. A large percentage of the money raised is the result of a successful raffle of the donations we receive from businesses. We are writing to you today to see if you would be willing to donate to our worthy cause. Your sponsorship can be in the form of products, services, or gift certificates that can be used as raffle prizes. All donations to our non-profit PTA are tax deductible. As a business sponsor, your company will be publicized in our program brochure at the event and on our social media platforms.
