Description

I am writing on behalf of the Smithtown Fire Department Engine Company Four, a dedicated group of volunteers who proudly serve our community in times of need. We are currently organizing our annual golf outing fundraiser, and we would greatly appreciate your support. This year’s outing will be held on Monday, June 17th, 2025, at the beautiful Stonebridge Country Club in Smithtown, New York. The event brings together members of the community, business leaders, and first responders for a fun-filled day of golf, camaraderie, and support for our local fire company.

We are seeking sponsorship donations to help offset the costs of organizing the event, including green fees, catering, prizes, and promotional materials. Your generous contribution will be recognized throughout the event, as well as on our website and printed materials. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business’ commitment to community service.

As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by local law. Your support not only helps us raise essential funds for equipment, training, and resources, but also reinforces the strong bond between local businesses and the first responders who serve them. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.
