Smoke on the Water invites cigar enthusiasts from across Middle Tennessee to sail down the Cumberland River while enjoying the finest cigars, complimentary wine, a delicious meal and a live auction – all to support the mission of Hope Clinic! We are in our 22nd year hosting this fabulous event that brings awareness to the mission and programs of Hope Clinic in a relaxed and fun environment!
