We are contacting you in regards to a donor opportunity to help fund our Smoketown Elementary

PTO Bingo, being held on March 25, 2023. This Bingo night provides a safe, fun, and affordable

evening out for our families, while promoting fellowship within our Smoketown community. Our

PTO is a 501 (3)(c) and is run 100% by volunteers and the funds we raise provide our students and

faculty with an array of needs including but not limited to: playground equipment, field trip funding,

community building activities, classroom supplies, highschool scholarships, and staff appreciation.

This year, with your help, we are hosting 500 students, their families, and dozens of school staff at

our Bingo night, while also raising money for our 2022-2023 PTO budget. We have meals,

entertainment, prizes and auction items available for the students and their families during this event.

We are seeking Bingo and raffle prize donations and if this is something that interests you, we would love to

include a Bingo prize from your business!

We are also looking for local business donors to help sponsor these activities with different levels of

sponsorship at our Bingo. This keeps the event affordable for our families, while increasing the success

of our fundraiser for the PTO. Would you please consider helping us?

If you are interested in donating a prize, making a monetary donation, or a combination of the two,

please complete and return the included form with a check made payable to Smoketown PTO. We also

ask that you email your logo to SmoketownPTO@gmail.com so we may advertise and thank your

business at the event. If your business is located locally, we can pick up prizes. If not, please mail to
