Hope you are doing well.

I am reaching out as a board member of SNAP Sports, Inc. Valencia.

SNAP is an acronym for Special Needs Athletes and Peers.

We are a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that has been providing individuals with physical and developmental disabilities a variety of sports based activities since 2012.  Adaptive Ice Skating, Ice Hockey, Flag Football, Cheerleading and Running Club give our special needs youth and adult athletes a safe and encouraging opportunity to increase physical fitness and improve socialization.  The "peer" aspect of our program includes high school volunteers to help with drills, mentor and provide encouragement.  Ultimately buidling bridges of kindness and acceptance.  A hopefull side effect is a reduction of bullying and increased empathy in our young volunteers who can be role models at thier schools. 

We are hosting a  Luau Fundraiser on Saturday - August 12, 2023 at a private residence in Castaic.  Our event will include dinner provided by Salt Creek Grille, Valencia and drinks provided by Willam Grant Distiller and Distributer, Polynesian dancers and drummers, silent auction, and a raffle.  Our goal is to raise $35,000 for SNAP Sports.  This money would be used to help pay for ice time, field time, equipment and transportation to tournaments.  We are expecting a turn out of 125 people.  Amoung our honored guests will be City Councilman Bill Miranda.

We would be thrilled if you would able to be a sponsor for this event or contribute something for our silent auction and raffle or donate to our program in anyway.

We are a 100% volunteer organization with no paid board members or staff.  100% of your contribution benefits the athletes at SNAP Sports.  We do not charge athletes to participate in our programs, with the exception of hockey, which does have a small registration fee to help offsett the high cost of ice rental.

Gift certificates and or sports items such as back packs, coolers, or services...anything really... would be greatly appreciated and help us to increase our auction/raffle sales while also promoting your organization.

Bronze - $500

Sponsorship includes your logo on signage and promotion on all of your social media and any newspaper or radio spots that we are able to secure.
