We have been humbled and deeply appreciative of the outpouring of support expressed through financial contributions, donations of hand-sewn fabric masks and touching thank you notes for our frontline caregivers during this unprecedented time.

In looking ahead when we can come together safely to celebrate the important people and causes in our lives, Merrimack Valley Hospice will host the annual Food, Wine, Beer Sampling and Silent Auction on Thursday, September 24 at Andover Country Club in Andover, MA. Dust off your saddle shoes, since this year’s theme is Sock Hop for Hospice!

Planning is already underway, and we hope you will consider supporting this important fundraiser with a donation of a gift certificate, product or service for our silent auction at this popular event. We’ll be moving tables and stacking chairs in hopes you participate in our rockin’ affair!

Home Health Foundation’s family of nonprofit agencies, including Merrimack Valley Hospice, is the leader in home and hospice care, serving patients in more than 130 communities throughout the Merrimack Valley, Northeastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire and Maine (where we operate as York Hospital Hospice). Funds raised during the evening will help support High Pointe House and the programs of Merrimack Valley Hospice, including subsidized care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured, free bereavement programs for families and community members seeking grief support.

As the hallmark fundraiser for Merrimack Valley Hospice, this nifty evening continues to increase in popularity, attracting close to 350 guests last year. Those in attendance are local business owners and professionals, many of whom live, work and enjoy leisure time in the area. Your donation and support of the silent auction is an opportunity to gain new clients and customers who recognize you or your business as a fellow supporter of Merrimack Valley Hospice.
