The Carver Elementary School PTA invites you to contribute to our 2024 Fall Parent Party and Auction, which
will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

Providing enriching educational programs is one of the most important gifts we can provide to our community's
children. Each year, 100% of the Parent Party proceeds directly go towards various enrichment programs, such
as funding our library so students can have a library on campus to nurture their love of reading. These vital
funds directly support our children's Arts, Music, Innovation Lab, Health and Safety, Community Outreach, and
Family Educational programs. Each of these programs contribute to Carver Elementary School's high
educational standards and its national recognition as both a California Distinguished School and a National Blue
Ribbon Award recipient. But we are not able to fully sustain the costs of our school's programs without the
considerable assistance of parents, local and national businesses, and community friends.

With that, we invite you or your business to donate items and/or services to our auction.  Please
note that we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so your donation may be tax deductible.
Your tax-deductible donation will receive recognition in our online auction catalog, promotional materials,
website, as well as throughout the school's social media platforms. This fundraising effort is the biggest event
of the school year previously attended by over 300 Carver Elementary parents, staff, San Marino School District
board members, San Marino City Council members, business owners, alumni and community friends. The online auction is open to the public and will have a visibluity range of over 1,500 Carver Elementary parents, staff, San Marino School District board members, San Marino City Council members, business owners, alumni and community friends.
