Today there are over 1000 kids in foster care in the greater Charlotte area. Over 60 of them will age-out this year without the support they need to thrive. 500+ faithful social workers & caregivers tirelessly advocate for the most vulnerable in our city. But it's not enough.

Congregations for Kids (CFK) is a 501(c)[3] non-profit organization that mobilizes the community to be Champions for kids in the foster care system.

We set aside one night every year to come together as a community to do Something Big for these kids. The funds raised during CFK's Something Big Benefit help CFK maximize our collective impact through training, mentoring, wrap-around care and providing for immediate, tangible needs. 100% of the proceeds from this event go straight to supporting these kids and families.
