Dear Friends of Orange Coast Mothers of Multiples:

We are excited to announce that Orange Coast Mothers of Multiples (OCMOM) will be hosting Southern California Mothers of Multiples Clubs (SCMOMC) Annual November Workshop “Moonshine MOMs” on November 1-3, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA.

SCMOMC (www.scmomc.org) is a non-profit, philanthropic state-level support group for parents of multiple birth children. SCMOMC consists of 22 different clubs, ranging from Fresno to San Diego, to even Las Vegas. OCMOM, founded in 1968, is a group that offers support, education and friendship to all mothers and female guardians of twins, triplets, and higher order multiples in the coastal Orange County area. OCMOM and SCMOMC are affiliated with Multiples of America, Inc. (MOA) (www.multiplesofamerica.org).

Each year we select a local charitable organization to support. This year are working with Waymakers (www.waymakersoc.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those in need, empowering vulnerable youth, and giving a voice to victims by providing a path to safe and reliable resources and support systems. We also raise money to help others in need in our community and provide donations toward scholarships that SCMOMC provides to deserving mothers of multiples to continue their education. 

To make this a successful event, we are asking for your donations of products or services (ex. gift certificates, merchandise, gift basket, etc.) that we can use in opportunity baskets we will be having throughout the weekend. We are also looking for partners to help contribute to our welcome swag bags for our expected 100 guests (ex. samples, trial sizes, coupons, certificates)!

In exchange for your generosity, we will gladly acknowledge your business in our program for the weekend, on our website www.ocmom.org, and provide newsletter advertising free of charge for 3 months. Please submit a business card for free advertising in our monthly newsletter, and feel free to include brochures or flyers/coupons that we can display next to the opportunity drawing item. We will also acknowledge your generosity by giving your business a "shout out" on our social media!

Please mail your donation to the address below, email a certificate for us to print, or give me a call and we will be more than happy to come pick it up! Your our generous donation will go a long way in making a difference in supporting our club and our philanthropic endeavors.
