The LGBT Center Orange County is thrilled to once again present Spooktacular. We hope to see local and national contributions at this year’s event, which will be held on Saturday October 12^th at the private residence of our Board Chair in Floral Park, Santa Ana. This evening of ghoulish fun is our annual fall fundraiser for the LGBTQ community for over 20 years!

Donations raised at Spooktacular allow us to serve thousands of youth, families, and individuals each year with support programs, education, HIV/STI testing and counseling, mental health services, and cultural activities. The LGBT Center OC partners and participates with 48 schools in Orange County, supporting and educating over 2,800 youth through Center programs and outreach.

I am contacting organizations on DonationMatch for support in participating as an in-kind donor for our silent auction. Your contribution will be a wonderful addition to help us reach our goal of raising $25,000 during the evening!

Our advocacy and activism efforts aim to protect and defend civil rights, and help to shape a positivist image of the LGBTQ community. Though much work remains to be done, our outreach and education initiatives have succeeded in raising awareness around LGBTQ issues. To this end, we move closer to transforming the community we all share into a more tolerant and welcoming environment for everyone.
