Description

Aging Care Connections is a leader in providing client-centered care that focuses on improving the quality of life for over 10,000 older adults and their families that we annually serve.  Since 1971, Aging Care Connections has offered a comprehensive range of programs and services specifically designed to meet those needs.  Our efforts to help older adults age well and remain independent are strengthened when we have the support of everyone in our community.

The 22nd annual Sports Ball Benefit Gala is Aging Care Connections' annual fundraising event.  It will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 6pm at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse in the Westin Hotel, Lombard.  Unlike most galas, Sports Ball is a fun evening where over 250 guests are encouraged to wear their favorite team regalia, mingle with celebrity athletes during our cocktail reception, and enjoy dinner and a comedy show, and bid on sports and non-sports auction items and experiences - all to raise much-needed funds to help older adults age well in our community.  And we are delighted to be able to announce that Dionne Miller, ABC-& Sports Anchor and Reporter, will return for her 7th year as our event Emcee, and brings an extra special excitement to the event as she hosts a Q & A with the sports celebrities in her very own style.  We are thrilled to have our two special guests for 2023 - Chicago Bears Chairman, George H. McCaskey, and the CEO of the American Boxing Organization, Juan Curiel.

Generous donors like you help to make our event successful.  You add interest to our event, draw attendees to bid on high value items and are seen by high level donors who value your support of Aging Care Connections' mission.  Our silent auction items are also available online for those who are unable to attend the event, but still want to support Aging Care Connections.

Your donation will have a huge impact on Aging Care Connections since funds raised that evening will be used to positively impact the lives of older adults, families and caregivers in 38 suburban communities.
