This show is over 5-years in the making! Initially planned to go up in 2020, but shut down due to COVID, Spotlight is proud to be revitalizing this incredible theatrical piece born from the brilliant mind of Frankie Lopez, with musical collaboration from Jeremy Landig. This show features many of your favorite performers from the south side suburban theater community.

The show will take you on a musical journey through hit songs from blockbuster movies of the past 40 years - including Dirty Dancing, Sister Act, The Greatest Showman, The Muppets, Barbie, and many more beloved films.

The show alone will be worth admission; however, this event will also serve as a crucial fundraiser for Spotlight! There will be a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, and many more avenues to support Spotlight during this show. With proper support, this fundraiser will be the financial foundation that will allow us to continue producing diverse theater for years to come. This is a worthwhile cause in a world that desperately needs more community connection and creativity, and we cannot wait for you to join us!
