Description

Preparations are well  underway for our 15th Annual “Buona Sera- Let’s Celebrate Italian Style” Gala & Auction, which will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at The Grand Long Beach Event Center. We will begin at 5:30 PM with dinner, a raffle, silent and live auctions, music, and more. We look forward to seeing you there!

It will be a night to remember as we honor Tina Ferrigno! We are blessed and grateful for the support Tina has given Saints Peter and Paul School. When she was a member of the SPPS Advisory Board and our Finance Committee, Tina offered financial analysis and advice as an integral part of planning SPPS’s long-term fiscal success. She helped to create, in detail, a 5-year strategic plan that was crucial to our school’s growth. We are proud to be honoring Tina at our gala!

Our annual gala raises vital funds needed to fulfill our mission of leading every student to his or her greatest potential, by providing a truly Catholic formation and maintaining the highest standard of academic excellence. We are a small school that strives to do great things and we rely on our partnership with donors like you who share our goal of providing an outstanding education to the students most in need. Over 85% of  our students are from families that are economically disadvantaged, most living at or below the poverty level. We are proud to say that 100% of our students graduate from high school, and over 90% continue their education at a college or university.

We can achieve this mission only because of wonderful sponsors and donors like you. Our gala offers many opportunities for support: Sponsoring, Underwriting, Advertising, and Supporting the Tuition Assistance Program. 100% of the event proceeds will fund student programs and needs, such as tuition assistance, our STEM, Athletic and Music Programs, updating technology, and purchasing necessary classroom supplies.
