Description
At Discovery Charter School classes go on 8-10 daytime field trips per year and 1-3 overnight field trips per year starting in 4th grade. At our Spring Auction: an Evening for Education we are raising funds for daytime field trip costs, overnight field trip scholarships (We All Go fund), and teacher mini grants for curriculum enhancing materials. Charter Schools receive less funding than other local schools, so we rely on fundraisers and our community to support our program.
