Otsego Christian Academy is a non-profit, private school in rural upstate New York serving
middle and low income families. Each year we host a fundraising auction that benefits our families
by keeping tuition rates affordable. This year our event will take place on May 4th.
We are hoping you might consider partnering with us this year by donating goods or services to be
featured in our auction. Items will either be featured individually, or will be bundled with other
items to form a destination package. Your business will be featured in our print and web-based
advertising leading up to the event, as well as during the event itself.
We ask that all items being donated be received no later than April 15th, so that we may ensure
every business receives recognition and advertising benefits. We will gladly pick up any local
donations; please call to inform us if this would be helpful to you.
Historically, our benefit auction has been our largest yearly fundraiser - one of many that we run
throughout the year with the goal of keeping tuition rates affordable. We hope that with your help
this will be our most successful event to date.
