On Saturday, April 15th, 2023 from 2PM-5PM, we will be hosting our annual Spring Carnival for our almost 600 students and their families. This is our biggest (and most loved) event of the school year. I am writing on behalf of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to request a donation for our Silent Auction. At this event, attended by parents, students, staff and community leaders, we auction gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by local businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for a variety of school events and programs hosted by the Birmingham PTA, which supports the enrichment of students and their academic career.
