To Whom It May Concern:
On April 5, 2024, the Whispering Oak Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will be hosting our Spring Carnival to raise money to enrich the educational, physical, and social environment of the school. The event will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and will take place in the front of the school. This event will be open to the families of Whispering Oak Elementary and also the entire Winter Garden/Windermere community.
We are seeking donations from businesses to use in Silent Auctions during the event. Any item would be greatly appreciated. Your business will be recognized through our social media pages, our school e-newsletter, and at the event.
