This is a fun, family fundraiser event for Clackamas River Elementary in Estacada, Oregon.  We are a small rural community with about 450 students currently enrolled in our school.  We provide education services to students Kindergarten - 5th Grade. We are a non-profit public school.

In an effort to raise funds to support the needs of our students and their education we are asking for donations for our Carnival Night fundraiser. This event will help bring in money to support students with a fun night of games, activities, dinner as well hosting a raffle and auction.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and that is because of the generous donations we receive from businesses like you.  

We will be having this event May, 25th 2023.  For this event we expect to have 400-600 attendees, of all ages.   We are asking for donations of all kinds that could help us put on a wonderful family night for our families, as well as raise money for our students.  Items needed could be either small or large. Donations could be items that could be put into our raffle or silent auction, as well as items to help offset the cost of food and drink items being sold or even small prizes for carnival games, etc. 

Our way of saying Thank You will include recognizing your company on a banner listing all the wonderful companies that have helped to support our school, on any flyers advertising the event, and on social media sites.
