Hello!  I am writing on behalf of the Sand Lake Elementary Parent Teacher Association to request a donation for a silent auction that will be held during our Spring Carnival on April 28, 2023. At this event, attended by hundreds of our students, families and staff, we will have gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by organizations like yours.

The event proceeds will help the PTA support our students by purchasing new curriculum, our teachers and staff with appreciation events and supplies for their classrooms.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you are able to make. Should you make a donation for the silent auction, your organization will be recognized at the auction as well as our online platform. Our 501c3 charity number is 20-4916009.
