On Thursday, May 4, 2023 we will be hosting our annual silent auction, our largest event of the year. This event will have music, magicians, ice cream, and fun and community-building for our preschool families. We anticipate serving and entertaining 200 or more guests.

We would be delighted if you could supply a donation for our silent auction! We will include recognition of your donation on social media, and a flier advertising your business will be displayed behind your item's bid sheet at the silent auction. Donations could include a physical item to be auctioned off, a service, or a gift certificate to your company. Because we are a non-profit preschool, we rely on fundraising to help support our preschool programs, from scholarships to playground equipment to teacher enrichment.

The School for Young Children is proud of our half-century serving the Greensboro community with quality, play-focused, Christian-based education! Our school has implemented creative outdoor learning environments, where our teachers can bring any classroom activity outside and invite children to learn through exploration and discovery. We encourage each child to ask questions and make choices, to grow in self-confidence and self-control, to develop respect for themselves and others, and to feel joy and curiosity for learning.
