Our school’s Parent Teacher Organization is planning a school-wide spring event scheduled for April 2023 at our school. We will have a professional D.J., concessions, sporting activities and a photo booth. Also, as part of the event, we will be holding a silent auction and raffle, the proceeds of which will be used to help fund school technology, field trips, classroom supplies, educational programs, track and field day, among other things. This is a much anticipated and well-attended event at our school.

This event will be heavily promoted and advertised within our school and on social media.  Your company name and information will be included on advertising materials, which will be sent to our 400+ families and 90 staff members of Red Oak Elementary.  The evening of the event, a booth will be dedicated to your donation.  You are welcome to provide advertising materials to include with the display.
