Dear business community member,

Hello from Wrightstown Elementary School!  We are busy planning our annual Spring Fair to be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019.  Last year's circus carnival is coming back to town!  This annual event is extremely popular with our school children - who wouldn't love a chance to win a clown bowtie filled with candy or hand over a fist-full of prize tickets in exchange for a flip-sequin headband?  This day brings hours of good old-fashioned joy for our kids and serves as one of our most significant fundraisers, covering approximately 1/3 of our total monetary support at the school.  The proceeds from this event fund a myriad of Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) endeavors such as school-wide assemblies, field trips, technology, classroom equipment, and library books.

Because the kids can't have all the fun, we have a Silent Auction component of our Fair that is enjoyed by parents while children play carnival games.  We like to feature auction items from local and regional businesses, since we believe that communities are made stronger when families have good relationships with businesses and spend money locally.  I am excited to be able to invite your business to be part of our big day.  Would you be interested in donating a good, service, or gift certificate for our Silent Auction?  Your donation will be exhibited at the auction along with prominent mention in our pre-Fair email blasts, onsite banners, and newsletter.  This year, our Fair attendance is expected to be much larger than in past years, as we are inviting families from our neighboring school, Richboro Elementary, who will begin attending our school this Fall.  This is a unique time of growth for our school and an opportunity for us to help new and current parents re-connect with our local and regional businesses.

Our PTO is a 501c(3) non-profit organization (EIN 46-0964759) and all donations may be deducted according to current IRS regulations.
