Dear Community Partner, 


Please consider contributing to the El Portal Spring Fair this year! El Portal Elementary School is part of the Lowell Joint School District, educating over 500 students from the cities of La Habra, Whittier and La Habra Heights. El Portal is an award winning school. The families, staff and students are very proud of our achievements and the quality education our kids receive! Our newest award is the Golden Bell Award. 


The El Portal PTA supports the school by providing curriculum enrichment assemblies, field trips and technology programs. On April 3, 2020, we will be holding our annual Spring Fair to raise funds for these important programs. The Fair is a family event with carnival games, an opportunity drawing, a silent auction, food, music and more. Your donation to this event helps us fulfill our mission. All donations are tax deductible. Our tax ID number is 33-071-6780.


There are two ways you can help support the students at El Portal and advertise your business at the same time:


Give gift cards, passes, and or merchandise to be used for our opportunity drawing or silent auction. Your business name and logo will be displayed near the item you donate for everyone to see!

Make a monetary donation to be used to purchase food, games, prizes and other items needed for the Spring Fair. We have 3 levels of sponsorship available:

 Silver Level:               $100 donation

                                     Name and logo included on the welcome sign at the Spring Fair entrance for everyone  to see!


Gold Level:                 $250 donation

                                                    All of the above plus, 

                                     Logo included on the flyers that go home marketing the Spring Fair, Social media  “shout outs” on PTA  Instagram and FaceBook

        

              Platinum Level:         $500                                                                                                                                                              

                                    All of the above plus

                                   Opportunity to distribute company marketing materials at the Spring Fair
