Dear Friend of Exton Elementary, 

On March 25th, 2023, the Exton Elementary PTO will hold our Annual Spring Fair.   At this event, we raffle off baskets of gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours.   All proceeds from this event will support educational materials and programs, social events, field trips and assemblies throughout the school year.  

We would greatly appreciate any donations of retail items, services, or gift certificates to help make our Spring Fair Raffle a success.   

When you support our efforts, your company will be recognized in the following ways:

•      Company name with a link to your business listed on the Exton Elementary School  PTO  website.

•      Name recognition in an all school email blast and on our private Facebook page 

Gift certificates for goods and services may be mailed directly to the school at the address above, to the attention of “PTO Spring Fair Raffle”.   If you would prefer local pick up of your item, or have any questions, please contact our Spring Fair Raffle Coordinator, Kelli McHugh at Kelli.mchugh@yahoo.com or 484.432.1979.

We would like to receive all donations by March 3rd to allow for time to prepare raffle baskets for the fair.
