Gerard Elementary needs your support!
Gerard will be hosting its annual Spring Festival on Saturday, March 7, 2020. The
festival is not only a fun family event, but it is our Biggest Fundraiser of the year!
Our elementary school has children ages 4-11, but the event is for all to enjoy!
This Festival will have over 800 in attendance.
Our Goals for the funds raised from this event will be used to provide needed
educational programs and materials for students at Gerard Elementary, as well as
go towards purchasing items needed to enhance and maintain our campus.
The most lucrative part of the Spring Festival is our Silent Auction. For our
Festival to be a success, we are asking you for a donation of merchandise,
tickets, gift certificates or any item that may be used in our Silent Auction.
Should you not have any items to donate, you may make a monetary
contribution. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated and are tax
deductible. All Platinum donations of $250 or more will be recognized on a
banner displayed during the event. Deadline to notify us of Platinum
status is February 10 th . We also have a new sponsorship opportunity. You
may choose to sponsor an inflatable and your business name displayed at
the event by your inflatable. See attached sheet for options.
