Arroyo West Active Learning Academy (AWALA) is a reading and writing magnet school located in Moorpark, CA.  AWALA is a TK-5 public elementary school serving approximately 440 students.  Our PTA hosts a Spring Festival every year to raise money to fund all our enrichment programs at the school - art, physical education, science, field trips and instructional materials are just a few areas PTA funds.  Additionally, we provide much needed grade level assistance to all of our teachers.  Without these funds, we cannot support our students’ continued success in education.

Our Festival is scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2024 from 4pm-8pm and is a free event held on our school grounds.  We anticipate anywhere between 300-400 students and their families.  The Festival will raise funds via silent and live auction to support the above mentioned enrichment programs vital to our school’s continued success. 

We would be grateful if you would continue your generous support of our organization by contributing to our Spring Festival Auction.  Your business and donation will be advertised on our social media pages, in our brochure, on distributed fliers and by a DJ at the event.  The Arroyo West Elementary PTA is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization and our Tax ID Number is 95-1683870/77-0282230 and NCES District ID is 0625690-010342.
