Our organization is the parent teacher association (PTA) for Vargas Elementary school in Sunnyvale, CA.

Our school is a Title 1 school (high percentage of low income enrollment), so the fundraising our PTA does is critical for providing field trips, music programs, teacher supplies budgets, the computer and science labs, the garden, sports programs, after school activities, and more to students that may not otherwise be exposed to these types of activities. 

Any donations received would be included in our silent auction during our Spring Festival, which is our primary fundraising event of the year. The Spring Festival also includes games, races, food, crafts, and other activities.

We would be happy to have signage and a verbal announcement acknowledging the donation at the event. We may also include an acknowledgement in the advertisement of the event if appropriate.
