Description

Sunol Glen School is a small, public elementary and middle school located
in the Twin Valley area of East San Francisco Bay. The school, chartered
in 1929, strives to preserve its close-knit, nurturing atmosphere, while
keeping technological pace with other schools in this immense,
metropolitan area. Our small school size, 295 students in grades
Kindergarten through 8th, allows the parents and staff to work as partners
in the educational process. The entire community is dedicated to
supporting the school and all our students.
Each year our Community Club (the parent/teacher organization of Sunol
Glen School) organizes several fundraising events to help keep alive
programs that would otherwise be cut. The Community Club provides
funds and volunteers for school activities such as the School Garden, Fine
Arts Mini Experience, Art and Music programs, field trips, classroom
literacy, library, technology, sports programs, Science Camp, Earth Week,
Book Fairs, Science Fair, Spelling Bee and Teacher/Staff Appreciation.
On Friday May 1st we will host our annual Spring Fundraiser and will
hold a raffle/auction in hopes of raising much needed funds for next
school year. We are asking for a donation of goods or services to be used
as items in our auction. While we can count on members of our
community to provide volunteers and attendees, we rely on the generous
donations of businesses to supply our auction with the enticing goods and
services that will make it a success. We hope we can count on you for
your support!
Your donation will be acknowledged in the event program and on our
auction website. The students, teachers and parents of Sunol Glen School
thank you in advance for your participation and support.
Please feel free to contact us with questions or donations. We look
forward to hearing from you by April 15th, 2020.
