Dear Sir/Madam:

The Home and School Association of Blessed Trinity Catholic School (BTCS) is sponsoring their Annual Spring Fling Auction. Our Catholic School is currently made up of children from 9 Catholic Parishes – St. John Cantius, St. Timothy’s, All Saints, St. Josaphat’s, St. Bart’s, St. Bernard’s, Our Lady of Ransom, St. Leo’s, and Our Lady of Consolation, who have united as one, to form a family, as the Catholic school enrollment is declining in Philadelphia.

The Spring Fling Auction is a huge fundraiser to benefit the children of BTCS. Our intention is to help the School acquire the resources to provide an excellent educational experience for the student body.  We hope to provide the School with new, updated school equipment and technology, all while hoping to leave an indelible mark on the kids to help one another. This past year, Blessed Trinity had the honor of being awarded the Distinguished Instruction Award for significant growth in our Terra Nova scores. This is just one example of how hard the entire school community is working to reach new goals.

In keeping the spirit of family alive, BTCS is seeking donations from businesses and corporations to help provide prizes for the Auction. The Auction will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, but we are starting to prepare now.

I would deeply appreciate it if you could participate in making this event a success and help create a memorable event for the families and students of BTCS by providing a donation.

Donations are not limited to monetary responses and can be in the form of prizes for the Auction. We will formally recognize your organization’s generosity with all who attend this event.
