Dear Community Leader:

This letter is to introduce Calvary Christian School to your organization or business.  Established in 1981, we are a non-profit, independent, interdenominational Christian School located at 310 Scott Street, St. Catharines.  We have many families from across the Niagara Peninsula who attend our school. 

We are currently organizing our annual Spring Fling and Auction Fundraiser.  This community event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 2, 2020.   This is a fun, family event with children’s games, penny sale, auction, food, and more. 

We have a huge, loyal crowd that attends this event each year.  And we are continuing to GROW!  We have had to add a classroom this year!  We continue to use the funds raised to directly impact the students.  We are currently raising funds for resources for our classrooms, Notebook computers, to update our technology, resources to enhance the physical play time, and our Capital Campaign.  It is our desire to impact every area of our students; physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially.  These purchases help us to accomplish that.

We would appreciate your support in any way that is feasible for you and your organization.  As a registered non-profit charitable organization, we gladly issue receipts for financial donations and gift-in-kind donations for any donated product.  We request a receipt or invoice showing the value of the donated product.  We will be pleased to acknowledge your donation to our school families and all who attend this event.
