We are writing to ask you to support the Bowen Elementary School by providing a donation for our 2022 Spring Raffle. The raffle is our school’s most important fundraiser, and a great opportunity to show your support for public education and showcase your business to the 300+ families and staff members that make up the Bowen school community.

The Bowen Elementary School is one of the largest elementary schools in Newton. Every year, the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) provides services to our students, staff and families which include: Creative Arts and Sciences programs, grants for innovative teaching projects, technology resources, books for the library, providing resources directly into the classroom and community events. The last two years have been challenging for our Bowen community as a result of the ongoing pandemic and, in response, the PTO has provided students and staff additional support both in and outside the classroom. Please consider donating an item to our raffle so we can continue to provide these invaluable services.

Event name and date: Spring Fling and Raffle, May 22, 2022.

Who will attend: Over 300 students, families & alumni will attend this much-loved, annual event. 

What we need: Donations from local merchants for our raffle

How: Please send donations to: Bowen Elementary School, Attn: Bowen PTO, 280 Cypress St., Newton, MA  02459 by March 31st or email raffle@bowenpto.org

Please note that the winners will be selected on May 22nd so we would greatly appreciate any expiration dates to be post-dated after this day.
