I am writing on behalf of Miller Place PreK-5 PTA to ask for your support for our large PTA Spring Fling Parents Night fundraiser program coming up, which will take place on May 21, 2025.

This event, which we anticipate will be attended by around 200 local families, will include a raffle.

We are writing to request an in-kind donation such as gift cards/certificates, merchandise and services from generous merchants and businesses who will benefit from exposure to our community.  Your business will be acknowledged in our newsletter and emails, which will go directly to approximately 500 local families in our community, as well as on our social media pages and our website. Additionally, your logo will be featured prominently on signage at the Spring Fling Event on May 21.
