Dear Sir/Madam,

 The Academy Avenue School Parent Council is planning its 21st Annual Spring Fundraiser.  Our "Parent’s Night Out" and Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019. Proceeds from the event go directly to the Academy Avenue School.  With the help of businesses like your own, we have been successful at raising funds that go directly back to support curriculum including cultural arts, science and technology.  

   In order for this event to be successful, we need your help.  We are asking for donations for our silent auction and raffle.  Any interest and support you can give us will be greatly appreciated.

Donations can be mailed to: Academy Avenue Parent Council, 94 Academy Avenue, Weymouth MA 02189 or arrangements for a pick up can be made.

 Academy Avenue Primary School Parent Council is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (EIN#-04-3308082) All donations are tax deductible.  Please let us know if you are in need of a receipt.

 All donors will be recognized the evening of the event and on the Academy Ave Parent Council Facebook Page.
