The Ballet Ensemble of Texas (BET) will be holding a silent auction fundraising event on May 18-19, 2024. We are writing to request your assistance in making this event a success.

By donating an item, you'll be making a tax-deductible contribution that will help BET continue its efforts to produce quality performances for our local communities by offsetting the costs of costumes, set design, rental of performance facilities and other costs directly related to producing future performances. Additionally, you'll benefit from exposure of your company's name to those who attend the event. Donors will be listed on the bid list distributed to all spectators, and the merchandise you give will be on display during the entire event. Over the course of four performances at the beautiful Coppell
Arts Center, with an expected attendance of 1,000 people, a wide variety of services and products will go to the highest bidder.

The Ballet Ensemble of Texas, a non-profit (501C) Ballet Company, was chartered in May of 2001. Our mission is to serve the local communities with quality performances while providing advanced ballet students with the opportunity to prepare for a career in dance. BET is the official studio performance company of the Ballet Academy of Texas, both of
which are in Coppell, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas. Every December BET presents The Nutcracker to full houses and rave reviews, as well as an annual Celebration of Dance performance in the spring. Both sets of performances are held at the Irving Arts Center, and this year we have extended to include performances at Coppell Arts Center as well!
Many alumni of BET have gone on to dance in professional companies around the world.
Your generous support will help promote the art of dance in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Your donation will also allow some of the area’s best dancers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience performing for a live audience in a quality production.
