Dear Friends and Neighbors of St. Raphael Catholic School, 

As you may know, St. Raphael School is a Catholic school in Crystal, is a classical education, committed to offering spiritual growth and academic excellence to students in preschool through eighth grade.  To ensure that it can continue delivering on its mission, each spring the school hosts the St. Raphael Gala to raise funds critical to the school’s operation.  We are excited to announce that this year’s fundraiser will be held on May 20, 2022.  

As in past years, our goal for the event is to raise $50,000 through corporate donations, ticket sales, auctions, and raffles.  Funds raised from the event will directly enable St. Raphael Catholic School to continue its mission by keeping tuition low and providing tuition assistance. 

We write today to request a donation of products or services to our auctions or raffle.  As many as 200 guests will have an opportunity to bid on and win donated item(s).  Alternatively, if you and your business would prefer to make a monetary donation, please consider becoming an event sponsor.  The following levels of sponsorship are available:   

Changing Lives

$5,000 or more

Your business/organization name on the electronic marquis, recognition in the church bulletin, a shoutout on the school website, recognition in the event program, call out in the school newsletter
Building Community

$2,500 - $4,999
Your business/organization name recognized in the church bulletin, a shoutout on the school website, recognition in the event program, call out in the school newsletter
Caring Hearts

$1,000 - $2,499
Your business/organization name recognized in the church bulletin, a shoutout on the school website, recognition in the event program
Helping Hearts

Up to $1,000
Your business/organization name recognized in the church bulletin

As always, all donations are 100% tax deductible.  Donors and sponsors are recognized at the event, and sponsorships include the additional benefits listed above. If you choose to donate a product to our event, please contact Shelby Rockwell at shelby.l.rockwell@gmail.com to arrange for a pick-up or drop-off of your donation.  

Finally, even if you are unable to make a donation, please consider joining us for a fun and meaningful event to foster the positive educational experience at St. Raphael Catholic School.
